Hi, I’m Cait Potter, a workflow strategist and automation expert. As a former photographer, I built my business using Dubsado and quickly became obsessed with workflows, automation, and form design. I saw firsthand how a seamless, well-branded system could transform a client experience—and how a clunky, confusing one could lose a sale.
