Do I need to know how to code?
Absolutely not! I've had plenty of people install the templates without any coding experience. I've got very detailed instructions on how to edit the code blocks, but it's mostly just copy and paste!
How do I install the templates?
At the moment Dubsado doesn't have have a feature that allows us to import the templates directly into your account. However, don't worry it's still super easy to install your templates.
How long will it take me to install the template?
The record is 7 minutes. Realistically, it will probably take you around 20 minutes to install and another 30 minutes to customise it to match your branding. You may find you want to spend longer adding in additional elements and customising them further!
Can you install the template for me?
Sure thing. Whilst it's super easy to install yourself, we also offer template installations for $25 per form if you're short on time. Just drop us an email at hi@thefreelanceescape.com.
How customisable are the templates?
The templates have been built so that they are robust and flexible. You can add and remove elements as you please. This means you're able to make it look completely your own.
Can I combine two templates?
If you purchase our template bundle you're getting access to all of our templates. No need to purchase them all separately!
You can switch templates at any time, you can also combine elements from different templates to customise things even further!
Can I Use The Templates For Clients?
Yes! All of our templates & code snippets come with a Commercial license. You can use them with as many clients as you like, however you may not resell them in any capacity.
Do you offer support?
Of course. Our customer's success is our top priority. We'll never leave you hanging. Whilst we cannot provide additional customisations through our support mechanism, anything directly related to our Dubsado templates or courses will always be covered.

Can I use the sample images?
Yes! All the images used on our Dubsado templates are royalty-free and you can use them however you like!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, in general we do not offer refunds. However, customer satisfaction is hugely important to us, and we always strive to make sure you're happy! If you have any issues please email us at hi@thefreelanceescape.com.
