What is Conditional Logic?

Conditional Logic allows you to display certain parts of your form ONLY if a client answers in a particular way. For example, if you only want to ask a particular question IF the lead has selected a particular package on your proposal, Conditional Logic allows that! It also allows you to limit the number of packages a client can select from a certain section (so for example, they can select only one main package but as many add-ons as they want!). The sky is the limit!

Do I need to know how to code?

Absolutely not! We’ve had plenty of people install the templates without any coding experience. We’ve got very detailed instructions on how to edit the code blocks, but it’s mostly just copy and paste!
Our free course has a module that will teach you the basics of coding within Dubsado if you’d like to learn. But there’s absolutely no requirement to learn to code at all.

How do I install the conditional logic?

It’s SO easy. You’ll simply copy and paste the code. The tutorials will teach you exactly what to change in the code so that you can make as many conditional fields as you need!

How long will it take to install?

It probably takes about 2 minutes OR LESS per instance of conditional logic that you’re needing. Once you get the hang of it, it’s more like a few seconds

Can I use this code in my clients’ Dubsado accounts?

All of our templates have the option to purchase a Commercial license. You can use them with as many clients as you like, however you may not resell them in any capacity and support is limited to personal use.

Do you offer support?

If you encounter any issues or errors at all with installing the template, you’ll be able to reach out to our team directly! We do not offer additional support for customizations or the creation of new code.

Do you offer refunds?
